1. Take the installation of Ouke automatic drying rack as an example, turn off the balcony power before checking whether the product components are completely installed.
2. According to the size of your balcony, determine 4 fixed positions of punching holes. The depth of the hole should be at least 4 or 5cm earlier. Loosen the screw so that the distance between the washer and the nut is about 5MM, and remove the nut at the other end.
3. Carefully lift the host, and insert one end of the host on the gaskets of the two expansion screws. The brown wire is connected to the live wire, the blue wire is connected to the neutral wire, and the yellow-green two-color ground wire is connected; then wrap it with insulating tape and place it in the gap between the host and the ceiling.
4. Install the scissor frame at both ends to the main unit. Please pay attention to the motor end and the non-motor end. The motor end has a travel switch to control the scissors frame to lift. When installing, please note that the side of the scissors frame with pulleys should be installed at the motor end. Attention should be paid to the installation. Use 2 M5x6 screws to fasten the shrapnel position of the travel switch (do not over-tighten the screws when they are in place, as over-tightening may cause the scissors frame to fall and rise abnormally), then thread the wire rope into the balance device and insert the wire rope into the screw lock slot Then tighten the screws to fix the wire rope.
5. Hang the quilt rod on the support seat at both ends of the clothes rod (Important Note: This operation is to increase the weight of the scissors rack at both ends, so that the scissors rack is balanced and the force is prevented from loosening the wire rope, and the items under the clothes dryer are removed to prevent the clothes rod. The rope is unbalanced due to the obstruction of the descending process)
6. Turn on the power supply of the balcony and test whether the machines in the branch are working normally.
7. Press the down button of the remote control. When the clothes rod goes down to 1.2 meters, the host will stop automatically. At this time, first unscrew the clothes rod clamping screw, then pick up the fixed clothes rod with both hands and put it into the clip slot, and then fix it. Tighten the clothes rod clamping screw.
